Join Manon, a yoga teacher based in Siem Reap for several years, for a practice designed to be both accessible and inspiring. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, her sessions adapt to your rhythm, blending strength, fluidity, and mindfulness.

Each class is a journey into presence — reconnecting with the body, the breath, and the surrounding energy of Cambodia. Sessions may include Ashtanga for vitality and focus, Yin Yoga for deep release, or Vinyasa Flow for creativity and movement. You may also choose guided meditation or a sound healing experience with the hang drum for full relaxation.

Practices can take place indoors or outdoors at Sala Lodges, in the morning for an energizing start or in the evening to unwind after a day of discovery.
