All the ingredients have been carefully chosen from local farmers and suppliers. Free range farm chicken, pork and beef. Wild fish & shrimp from the Tonle Sap lake and Kampong Som. Our fruits & vegetables are from local farm and market. Eggs farm to table from Eggcellent. Ice cream locally crafted with fresh fruits from Gelato Lab. Desserts supplied by Bayon Pastry School Coffee Shop. Our ice cubes are safe to drink. We do not use MSG / glutamate in our food preparation. Menu paper: made of banana trunk by “Kumae”. Menu holder: made of rush grass by “Kamonohashi Project”.
